Pinecroft House of Peace (Ohio) The communal goal of this ministry is to become a place of open door hospitality in which people of all races, cultures, ages, and faith beliefs can come and find spiritual renewal and inner healing for their journey to God. The intended focus of the house is based on the knowledge that the hurried pace of society, the emphasis on materialism, and the general devaluing of virtue and social values has created a hole in the soul of our society and world. The "Spirituality & Healing "program addresses the growing need, as well as yearning desire, of people seeking quiet, solitude, and re-entry time with self and God. It is a refuge for individuals and small groups who desire to replenish their soul. The activities of the program include, but are not limited to: day and evenings of prayer; healing services; Taize prayer services; Scripture study group for women; prayer groups for those facing cancer; special seasonal programs; retreat ministries; and spiritual direction sessions.
