A Franciscan Initiative for Spirituality and Healing (New Jersey) As the Sisters look to the new millennium and discern those needs in society most in tune with their founding charism, the spiritual poverty so prevalent in our society cries out for their attention. Thus the Sisters could envision The Franciscan Initiative for Spirituality and Healing (F.I.S.H.) as an evolution of their healing charism for the 21st century calling them to a modern day perspective. Individual and group workshops are offered to help heal the spiritual wounds of today’s suffering humanity. Needs: Funding for materials and supplies; travel expenses; salary stipend for instructors.
